Advocate Aniket Bose is a dedicated legal professional with a strong academic foundation and hands-on litigation experience across civil, criminal, commercial, and corporate legal domains. He holds an LL.M. in Criminal Law from Amity University, Noida, and a BBA.LL.B. (Hons.) from Uttaranchal University, Dehradun, reflecting a balanced understanding of law and business.
Enrolled as a Registered Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi (AIBE-15 Qualified), Advocate Bose is currently associated with Ace Law Management and Consultants, where he actively handles complex litigation and advisory matters. His practice includes civil suits, commercial recovery proceedings under the Commercial Courts Act, cheque dishonour cases under Section 138 of the NI Act, intellectual property matters, criminal bail applications, revisions before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, and drafting and filing of SLPs (Civil & Criminal) before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
